DEBBIE SIMPSON

For Debbie, Yoga is a way of life, and a necessary skill for day to day living. She understands how Yoga skills help deal with the ups and downs of life, and weaves this into her teaching. Debbie's daily practice of postures, relaxation and meditation are the foundation that inform her teaching.
Debbie has been teaching since 1993. She has taught classes in her yoga studio at Annangrove for nearly thirty years, and zoom classes since 2020. Debbie has also run classes in businesses, schools, colleges & hospitals.
"I think it's really important to teach the person in front of you, rather than applying a set formula to everyone."

"In attending these classes, I realized Deb had a great eye for the biomechanics of a person. This trait allows her to be an exceptional yoga teacher and to tailor each class to individual needs."
