For our current yoga students, we offer recordings of workshops, classes, relaxations and meditations. We care about your practice and want to make sure you are addressing your needs safely and effectively.

Read about and practice a different yoga skill each day. Apply a new yoga skill to your daily yoga practice or your weekly yoga class. A key yoga concept is explained, with examples of how to apply it to your yoga. There are 29 Yoga skills including:
Navel Centring, Breath & Movement, Diagonals, Folding Back, Lifting the Heart, Adjusting your Practice, Setting your Intention, Finding your Feet, Pausing, Figure 8s, Effortless Effort, Approximating the Pose, Opposing Actions, Finding Balance, Compassion and Creating Flow.

Calming the Nervous System
This series of 4 recordings explores different practices of relaxation, breathing and life skills to calm the nervous system. It is an opportunity to practice ways of calming and quieting, to re-set the nervous system, and create better options for managing stress.
We use familiar yoga poses in a slower way, holding them for longer, letting go with the breath (a Yin/Restorative practice).
We experiment with a number of breathing practices, observing which ones calm and nurture us.
We use some different yoga nidra (or relaxation) practices, to still the body & mind.
