As a Reflexologist, Yoga has allowed me to keep my own body agile and flexible, and working reliably. Over time I have noticed (both in my own body and referred clients) muscles are strengthened, joint flexibility and neuromuscular coordination improved, and hence improved confidence as one develops the ability to move with ease.
