All students book into classes on a monthly basis. Please choose which classes would suit you best, and tell us when you book in.
We will then send you the zoom link to join your class, or organise for you to join a studio class.

What do I need for my class?
If you're attending via zoom, you will need your device, internet access, the zoom app, and your yoga equipment. If you are coming into the studio, you will need your yoga mat, and any equipment you need such as belt, blocks and bolster. For more information, click on the link below: |
