YOGA CLASSES AND NATUROPATH IN THE HILLS SHIRE
Yoga
We have been teaching yoga at our dedicated Yoga Studio since 1993. The Yoga Studio is in a bush setting at 155 Annangrove Road, Annangrove. All teachers are qualified and have studied a number of different styles of Yoga.
We offer both zoom and studio classes, allowing flexibility in how you come to your yoga practice. Rather than teaching beginner's, or advanced yoga classes, we work creatively with our students: starting with the things that are important to you, on a level that suits you. That way you get what you need in your yoga class. We have a flexible teaching style, to cater for a range of different students' needs and abilities. |
We do not have casual attendance at classes. Please ring to book into a yoga class, so we can help you choose the class that will best suit your needs. All students book into class on a monthly basis (calendar month). You are welcome to come along and try a class - just let us know at the end of the class if you would like to continue and book into a class for the month.
Morning classes:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday

- The body has considerable power to heal itself, and the role of the naturopath is to facilitate this natural process.
- Seek the underlying cause of a disease rather than simply suppressing the symptoms. Symptoms are expressions of the body's natural attempt to heal, and the causes can come from the physical, mental/emotional, and spiritual levels.
- First, do no harm - by employing safe and effective natural therapies
- The individual is viewed as a whole, composed of a complex interaction of physical, mental/emotional, spiritual, social, and other factors.
- Prevention is the best cure, which is accomplished through education and a lifestyle that supports health.
