Yoga comes to Your Work
We design a range of yoga packages that are great for staff morale, team building, relaxation, energy creation, and skill building. These can be tailored to meet the specific needs of the workplace. Packages are suitable for:
- staff development days
- Occupational Health and Safety seminars
- as part of a Conference or Seminar
- as a regular session for all staff to benefit from
Yoga for Breakfast! or Yoga for Lunch!
Include a yoga class with physical stretches, relaxation, and meditation or breathing techniques. Then after the class, participants enjoy a fully catered breakfast or lunch with each other. These programs are generally held at our Yoga Studio at Annangrove, as it is a peaceful bushland setting where people can feel like they can get away from it all, and relax. However, we can also run these sessions at your workplace.

Staff Development Packages
These programs run for either a half or full day, and can include any of the following:
- A gentle yoga class - where people can get in contact with where they hold tension in their body, and learn how to release it.
- Relaxation - using the breath and other techniques to let go tension
- Stress management - developing awareness of stressors and how stress impacts on the body, practicing skills such as thought stopping, affirmations, breathing techniques, visualisation and other on-the-job stress releasers.
- Goal setting - developing a vision (both individually and as a group), and creating the steps to actualise it
- Meditation - learning the basics for calmness and insight
- Nutrition - an interactive discussion on the effect of diet on our performance, moods, energy and health.
- Aromatherapy - how to use essential oils to create a relaxing or energising atmosphere in the workplace, and as part of each individual's relaxation and energy management. massage - experience the exchange of a shoulder, head and upper back massage ( fully clothed).
Ongoing 10 week and 4 week courses are more developmental, working with each participant individually to achieve their health goals. These courses follow different themes:
- Yoga and Health: postures for the immune system, digestion, headaches, hay fever, hormonal balance, sleep and relaxation.
- Yoga at Work: how to relieve muscle tension on the job, prevention of workplace injury, improving concentration, relaxing at the end of the day.
- Yoga and Meditation: Breathing techniques, postures to calm the mind, concentration, meditation.
- Yoga and Posture: postural alignment, correct standing and sitting, dealing with stiff backs, shoulders and necks.
- Yoga and the Mind: visualisation, concentration, awareness of body and mind states, the practice of gratitude, developing flexibility.
- Yoga and Emotions: strategies for life in the fast lane, understanding the impact of emotions on the body, developing new habits.
Conferences: Yoga at Your Place can make your conference a relaxing, pleasurable experience for all participants. A midday yoga break helps participants rejuvenate, relax and return refreshed to the afternoon's conference sessions.
Alternatively, we can design a morning or afternoon yoga session that incorporates the goals of the conference, and brings people together so they can be realised. Testimonials >>
